You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return/refund:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

Customer is responsible for safe handling of electric products (E-scooters, E-bikes, Kids ride-on cars).

Roveno is not responsible for damages caused after delivery due to mishandling or accidents.

If return is due to customer preference (change of mind), return shipping cost may be paid by the customer.
