At Roveno, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return & refund policy under the terms below.


✅ 14-Day Return & Refund Policy

You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return/refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is required


📦 Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at ezip.uae@gmail.com

  2. Provide your Order Number and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you about the return steps


✅ Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refund will be issued using the same payment method (where applicable)


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return / Refund

Refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

🚫 1. Damaged Items (Customer Damage)

  • If the product is broken, scratched, cracked, or damaged due to customer use.

🚫 2. Water / Liquid Damage

  • If the product is damaged due to water, rain exposure, or liquid entry.

🚫 3. Used or Not in Original Condition

  • If the product is used, dirty, or not returned in its original condition

  • Missing packaging, parts, or accessories

🚫 4. Wrong Use / Misuse

  • Damage caused due to wrong charging, overloading, or misuse.

🚫 5. Late Return Request

  • If you request return/refund after 14 days of delivery.

🚫 6. Non-Returnable Promotions

  • Products bought on special discount/clearance sale may not be eligible (if mentioned at checkout).


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Customer is responsible for safe handling of electric products (E-scooters, E-bikes, Kids ride-on cars).

  • Roveno is not responsible for damages caused after delivery due to mishandling or accidents.


🚚 Return Shipping Cost

  • If return is due to customer preference (change of mind), return shipping cost may be paid by the customer.

  • If item is received defective or wrong item delivered, Roveno will assist accordingly.
